Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds will only be issued after the returned item is received and inspected

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Opened or used items

Items returned damaged due to improper packaging

Orders shipped via standard (untracked) shipping

Standard Shipping: No refunds or replacements as we can't track them

Tracked Shipping: Eligible for investigation and possible refund depending on courier outcome
